The mind controls the way you think which becomes established as a continuous pattern to accept behaviours, choices etc in form of your mindset. The positive mindset is the GROWTH mindset that motivates you and improves your performance and productivity.

The type of mindset also has effects on how change is created effectively.

In a fixed mindset, this results in a gap between what the present state is (old behavior/habit) and what needs to be as the desired state (new behavior/habit).

Altering the negative mindset is an effective and sustainable change in the long term. Therefore, mindset change aid thinking that results in taking actions necessary for the desired behavior/habit(s).

Change is good as creating change is essential for extraordinary performance.
