Hi dear, How are you today?
This is a BIG QUESTION that has various responses from different persons.
Yes, I say persons as each of us is unique, you are having your own experiences within your own realities so also I am.
How are you doing today? can bring out a whole lot of revelations beyond mere expectations of ‘FINE, THANK YOU’.
I can only believe you are on top of your daily life affairs except am so sure you are not if I knew or you told me.
We wake up each day to the several news- good, bad or even repulsive ones by the media.
Despite the many atrocities committed by the media to fill our minds and heads with loads of news that impact negatively on the society and the world at large
The important role of the media as an information hub does help to meet the need for awareness in the society
A news about a woman who stabbed her 8-month-old in Abakaliki, Ebonyi State is one to be sad for and at the same time reflect upon.
She sure needs help with her psychological state. At this point, she can’t help herself but she could have been helped earlier because help is NEAR. Did her close buddy know at all if she needed to seek psychological aid or discounted the obvious symptoms out of ignorance?
How has each person around this woman contributed to this situation and overall societal menace?
Each day is impregnated with several events which centre majorly on everything about you and others around you

What kind of support do you need to help you live your life with less stress?

I have lived a swell time full of stressful events as a woman with many roles to tackle with high expectations but thank God for good social and emotional supports from rare gems that make up FAMILY and awesome hearts called FRIENDS.
How well do you know ways to help yourself and those around you live well and happy while experiencing life?

A Call away, a message to confirm, a visit to check on others and vice versa off the social media life to experience good moments with talks and laughs, sharing and caring, taking time out for self-care, opportunity to express yourself as YOU and all manners of support we can render to one another to make life worth living each day.
Dude, not everyone needs to cross that border to psychological ill-health.
If it does happen, there are treatment options for those that need it. Again, HELP IS NEAR.
